If you are from Houston, and breast implants appeal to you, it’s important to learn as much about the process as possible.  Therefore, throughout the last week, we have focused on providing useful information concerning breast implants.  Today, let’s talk about worthwhile questions to ask your cosmetic surgeon during your consultation.

In our opinion, the most important question anyone in Houston interested in breast implants should ask their surgeon is “Are you certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery?”  Never have surgery conducted by an unlicensed surgeon.

Next, you should ask “Were you specifically trained in plastic surgery?” and How many years of plastic surgery training have you undergone?  The more experience they have and the more specialized it is, the better.

If they don’t provide satisfactory answers to these initial questions, thank them for their time, and cross them off your list.  If the answers are acceptable to you, continue with the consultation.

If you decide to continue with the consultation, ask the surgeon “Am I a good candidate for breast enhancement or enlargement?”  and “What must I do to get optimal results? Remember, there are certain health criteria(not smoking, for one thing) that must be met in order for someone in Houston to get breast implants.
